Bill Neusch

Bill was able to design and develop the Gibraltar Cable Barrier Systems by utilizing his more than 30 years of commercial fence and guardrail experience. At one time, he was the largest guardrail installer in the State of Texas, and has constructed State and Federal fence projects in all 48 contiguous states in the United States. In 2005, from the concept design of the Gibraltar TL-3 cable barrier system to Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) acceptance, the whole process took only six (6) weeks, which was quicker than any other highway safety product in the history of the FHWA. Only six (6) weeks later, the Gibraltar TL-4 cable barrier system was also approved. Since then, Gibraltar has successfully tested their system 19 times and has provided approximately 10,000,000 LF of cable barrier in the U.S. and Canada. Bill has also developed Force Protection / Anti-Terrorism cable barrier products that are approved by the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Department of State (DOS). He has developed and installed vehicle and pedestrian barrier fence along the U.S./Mexico border, at over 20 different sites totaling approximately 70 miles.
Ron Faulkenberry

Ron is a 1978 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Economics. He attended A&M on a 4-year athletic scholarship in Swimming & Diving, where he developed the will and drive to excel and succeed. In 2005, Ron went back to school to obtain advanced studies at Texas State University with a Certified Public Administration (CPM) designation. He joined Gibraltar in September of 2005, and has over 30 years of economic, business, and sales experience. Prior to joining Gibraltar, he was a top performing Real Estate Broker for Coldwell Banker in San Antonio, TX; General Manager of a precast concrete products company in Burnet, TX, and the Director of Economic Development for the City of Burnet. Joining the Gibraltar team has allowed Ron to combine his salesmanship skills with his manufacturing knowledge, as well as his governmental agency experience.
Jim Bryer
Chief Financial Officer / Legal Counsel

Jim received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988. In 1992, he graduated from U.T. Austin with both an MBA from the School of Business and a JD from the Law School. He is a licensed Texas Attorney and a licensed CPA and has over 15 years of senior financial management experience with rapid growth companies of all sizes. He joined Gibraltar in October 2009.
Jay Winn
Regional Sales Manager (U.S.)

Jay attended Southwest Texas State University (now known as Texas State University) in San Marcos, TX, graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. His previous professional experience includes being a Branch Manager of a large retail firm and a former business owner in the sales and service sector. Jay joined the Gibraltar team in October 2005 and brings with him 24 years of sales experience. He specializes in not only sales but also provides training for both Contractors and State Departments of Transportation in the proper installation and maintenance of all of Gibraltar’s products.
Bryan Hoefling
Regional Sales Manager (U.S.)

Bryan joined the Gibraltar team in 2008 as a Regional Sales Manager and Project Representative. He is a 1990 graduate of Texas A&M University with an Engineering Technology degree. He has over 20 years experience in the construction industry which includes highway, industrial and commercial construction. He provides educational product training for all Gibraltar products to both Contractors and State Departments of Transportation.
